IRAQ SKY | Gabriel Ibarzabal

Iraq Sky is a reflection about the frágility of the war. Exploring the limits of fiction and of reality. This series of photographs were made in a British Airways commercial flight from Dubai to London, while flying above Iraq, between Baghdad and Fallujah. Using post its paper planes were created and then were posted in the windows. Aiming to generate an illusion of war planes that were either attacking or protecting the flight. Is the feeling of been in a flight of this airline that represents the enemy of that precise war. Is an invitation to think, to have a reflection and to question the meaning of been flying in the sky of Iraq.
