DRAWINGS, FROM LANDSCHAFT SERIES | WALTERIO IRAHETA

Landschaft is a project where I try to register through images, skies mostly, the outlook changed by man.
Skies saturated by advertising signs and electric wires, as a symbol of contemporary development.
I try to do it from an aesthetic way, ironically the dichotomy that exists between man and nature.
Besides the photos, I have joined this series created with some installations constructed using water gas caps, packaging and other plastic garbage, the idea is to make a comment about how we transforming our environment and the responsibility we have in this process.
Landschaft is a job that has a lot to do with the contemplation of nature, of course, has to do with the new landscape, with industry, with technology, with the future and the loneliness of the societies today; finally, is about a new way of seeing the landscape.
